Long tail Cast on in the middle of a row

Someone on knittinghelp needed help on how to cast on using longtail cast on in the middle of a row. So I illustrated it. For illustration purposes, the second strand is dark blue. You take a second strand of yarn, doesn't have to be very long, hold it like that, paying attention that the second strand is OVER the old yarn.
