At the twenty second annual session of the Catholic Academy of Sciences in the USA, Professor Francis A. Boyle, JD of the University of Illinois describes the line of reason that is leading many to appreciate the criminality of the very expensive enterprise to construct, maintain and test nuclear weapons to provide a threat of destruction to a national enemy. The meeting was held on September 26, 2009 at the thomas Aquinas Hall of the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
