This is the reason the South left the Union. For all the Northern Government School Students that don't understand this is the best example I have ever heard. The states should under the Constitution govern themselves, except for the powers of Congress. The tenth amendment limits the federal government not the state government.

Amen brother RedShirtArmy i have had a chance to hear MR.Robert Hayes speak many many times and he is right on the money South Carolina is my Country and Abbeville sure is a Beautiful part of our State in the Palmetto state.He was our guest speaker in Kershaw County S.C.

Mr Hayes is a great man - a true patriot for standing up so bolding for our sovereignty and interests. We need an army of folks just like him and we could free our land again.

I'm in Florence, SC and appreciate my state's history of being the first to secede from the union.. we don't need oppressive federal gov't intervening from cradle to grave. can i join the SC League of the South?
