Life in Tokyo: Vlog #37 Fat Guy in a Little Thong

Went to catch the sumo. Its something I highly recommend as it is not just a fun ting to do but a real once in a life time thing. I went very early in the morning and got the cheapest possible tickets, 2,100 yen. Then after watching some of the early matches from about 11:00-3:00 went to the neighboring Edo Tokyo Museum which is also very nice, then came back to catch the end of the sumo. The cheap tickets put you in the super nosebleeds, but earlier in the day its possible to sneak down to the front and watch a few matches before the true seat owners show up.

Also, as it turns out it was international speak like a pirate day. Remember folks September 19th, Speak Like a Pirate Day.

In the final half is my homage to "Ask a Ninja" with my segment "Ask a Sumo Wrestler." I realize it is a pretty sad attempt, but my main purpose was just to give some more information about sumo and of course make myself look like a jackass in the process.
