The Gadget Show 2011 unbreakable Drill Bits

My Dads Christmas present, I am not even joking!

These things are totally indestructable. If you should manage to break one, the company will replace them for you...for free for LIFE.

The guy doing the demo, prior to me turning the camera on had a little accident. I asked for a Demo, not believeing these things could possibly be unbreakable. So he stratrs drilling a pice of wood while putting diagonal pressure on the drill, which would normally snap the bit like a frail and brittle twig.

The Bit didn't snap. It strated to smoke though. at that point he starts telling me that it's heat that usually causes them to break and starts explaining in a bit more depth. Takes his concentration off the wood for 2 seconds...wood bursts into flames! lol
