Android is not linux. It has zero GNU method. It is made(converted) by proprietary company.It fails to implement GNU money model, and copies proprietary one. No wonder it is same as microcrap.

Android is based on the Linux Kernel then Modified. It has some, but not all gnu tools. Google is not really a proprietary company compared to microshaft and apple, Google releases the source code to just about Everything... including Android.
Android uses the OSI compatible Apache Software License, but if is not in conflict with the OpenSource methodology

@Linux4UnMe Yep, all your points are valid(maybe with exception of source code - it is 60/40), but can you modify android code, compile it and upload it to your phone? How many blobs are there?
