Master Chief and Samus wouldn't nor -Insert Sexual stuff here- They'd might team up to kill their enemies. If they did fight I dunno, Samus has taken entire planets by herself whilst Chief had the entire UNSC with him but I digress. If anything they'd probably not even notice eachother.
