So who will download the 'Memorial for Impeachment' Given to the individual citizen to bypass the representative when unwilling to impeach. 598,000. have done so yet 1.7 mil have signed petitions to impeach both Bush and Cheney.

First, we start with investigations. Then Congress should do its constitutional duty or assume that the President, ANY President, is above the law and that there are not three equal branches of government.
