Stephen Colbert, who was not allowed on the South Carolina ballot but was included in the GeniusRocket Primary, has dropped out of the presidential race. Its name, "2,000,000 Strong for Stephen T Colbert," is an homage to the Barack Obama group, "One Million Strong For Barack," which still hasn't broken the 400,000 mark. The fact that Colbert, who is a joke candidate, gained so many online supporters in so little time means that either political support on Facebook is still poorly understood, or Colbert is actually catching on. President Colbert is tied with Senator Joe Biden in the polls and has topped Dennis Kucinich and Bill Richardson:

Joe Biden: 2.7%
Stephen Colbert 2.3%
Bill Richardson 2.1%
Dennis Kucinich 2.1%
