  • Man keep up and don't give up I was 5,6 feet and 190 pounds and I worked at the gym and dieted for a year now look and me 5,10 160 all muscle !!

  • How about DietOramy diet program? Have you got word of it? I've encountered it randomly by searching around and that content is nothing less than fabulous... Now I am burning my extra surplus fat plus being much more healthy.

  • your calorie guy is full of it too. you only need around 3000 calories a day. point is though, you can eat as many calories of fruit and veg as you want and won't get fat. ALL CARBS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL! please look up sean croxton of underground wellness on youtube also. forget the numbers and just drink water, get sleep and sunshine, reduce as much stress as can, and EAT LIVING FOOD! if it's in a box, it's prob not healthy.
