great videos,all of them. As it's been a while since you posted your last one (which is a pity) i persume that for some reason you lost interested in the hobby ...which would also be a pity, since Ireally enjoyed your videos.

This is a great video, as always. We are in comlete agreement with your comments. You do not necessarily have to spend a lot of money to get a good pipe. Very often if breaking in a new pipe is done properly you can get a real gem that you didn't pay a lot of money for. Pipe Smoking is first and foremost a pleasurable experience and people should always do things that make their smoking experience the best it can be.

You've hit the reason for collecting pipes right on the head.
Variety.
I believe the notion that pipes need extensive resting to prevent damage is a myth and I've proven through experimentation that at least one pipe in my collection stood up to at least 3 bowls a day for several months. I did a video on this.
In the end, people should do what they want.
