I thought these were supposed to be a few feet high in the middle, not only to make it easier to access the stuff in the middle but to utilize one of the main points of an herb spiral which is to create little micro climates of higher, dryer areas for plants that like that and lower damper areas for plants that like that instead, in addition to getting a whole range from full sun to partial sun areas for plants that prefer each.

@yourgardens All you need to do is add a few stepping stones so that you have some place to put your feet when harvesting and weeding, plus the stepping stones will help to reduce weed growth.

Cool. But it looks tough to reach the center to harvest from that middle part.

@OrganicGarden123 Hi there, thanks for watching and your comments. And you made a very good point. I have planted just 3 none herb flowers in the centre for aesthetic's really., from the 2nd spiral down it starts with camomile and it is a slight stretch but luckily i have long arms :) But your point is very good though and i should really have taken distance into consideration.
