Directions:
1. Start off with 5 minutes of warm up cardio.
2. Complete the following exercises with 100 percent effort.
3. Take a 1 minute break.
4. Repeat for 3 more circuits.
5. After 4 circuits, take a 5 minute cool down jog/walk.

  • For people with limited equipment:

    - Replace the treadmill with high intensity jump rope.

    - do dumbbell squats instead of barbell.

    - step on and off a chair if you don't have stairs

    - 1 leg squats to replace leg extensions

    No dumbbells? Go ghetto and get yourself a hefty water jug.

  • @moscent u can try other stuffs at the gym besides the machines u idiot. U can do deadlifts, benchpresses and squats

  • Man, I love your workouts. You have the same mentality as me, finding new ways to workout instead of just pushing the machines at the gym (no wrong in that I just find it hella boring). Ill def try your stuff, I need to get in better shape again.

    My whole life i was overweight and was made fun of for it. I tried to lose weight on and off all the time but it never worked. Well, last april i said enough is enough and i lost 40 lbs and went from 207 to about 170. So I'm fairly skinny but have muscle since i weight train and am 6 foot 2. My new year's resolution for this year was to get a six pack but i can't seem to get the fat off my lower abs. my diet is clean with whole foods so that's not the problem. What should I do? Thanks
