No, I do not know if he is guilty or innocent but he did not have a fair trial and deserves another one. Also, I don't have much sympathy for a cop and have some for a man who killed one, despite his reasons why.

In any, and I mean ANY case, he should not receive the death penalty. How do you justify murder with murder?
