connie, do u ever experienced any smudges due to the eyeliner u put in in the waterline/tightline? how to prevent that? i tried all the pencil liners from high end to drugstore, but.... nope, didnt work..

@peachsmoochies bottom waterline, yes but not so much from tightlining the upper lash line. For the bottom I'd usually set with eyeshadow. For the top I'd opt for smudgeproof liners but still creamy enough to get it between the roots of the lashes. I mostly use the Fluidliner from I Nuovi.
