These videos are all the same ...all show and no tell! It would be nice if people took a little time to tell how the bilt it, what they used and where the parts came from!

great little machine, i was in the belt business most of my life and a belt removes stock 10 times quicker than a bonded wheel, one suggestion, belt machines produce a lot of dust ,if you get a bucket of water and stand it on a box under the contact wheel you will remove 90% of the grinding debris and you will have somewhere to quench the tool you are grinding, the bucket of water can be drained and changed whenever , you will be supprised how much crap it takes and better than a dust extractor

GREAT LITTLE MACHINE, NOT TEACHING YOU TO SUCK EGGS, BUT I SAW YOU ADJUSTING THE TRACKING A COPLE OF TIMES WHEN GRINDING. IF YOU GET QUATER INCH MASKING TAPE WRAP IT AROUND THE DRIVE WHEEL THE OPPOSITE WAY TO ROTATION YOU PUT A BIGGER CROWN ON THE DRIVE WHEEL THIS WILL HELP THE TRACKING, ALSO YOU WILL GET A LOT OF DUST AND DEBRIS FROM THE GRINDER , PUT A BUCKET, HALF FULL OF WATER IN THE LINE OF SPARKS YOU ALSO THEN HAVE SOMEWHERE TO QUENCH THE PART YOU ARE GRINDING

@lmogden1 i acualy did this a year ago and just resently cleaned it out and there was a good 5 inches if crap at the botom of that bucket just to give u a good idea of how much u catch

You can get a serrated contact wheel from MSC kinda pricey though watch ebay.
