No it can do 55Km/hr actually GPS certified... The bike has also now been sold for $AU20 00 to a fella that uses it to cruiser the bike paths along the beach front...

Yes it is a very nicely finished bike, i actually just got off the phone with Matt he was telling me he has modified his speed controller now and its capable of puling 70amps now! the motor was peaking at 3000watt be interesting too see the acceleration improvement on the 100m runz :-)

***CORRECTION****
My mistake the Cyclone speed controller is 35amp MAX NOT 40amp as depicted in video.
