She is saying that it is hot and they can start walking downwards.. Then she is asking him how many shit jobs he has done to come to where he is today. His answer = sleeping with some producers ;) and then he tells her how it really is, about the auditions and stuff.. Then she ask him if he thinks it takes some courage to go to Hollywood and go for it,.. his answer= not really, I think it takes more to stay after you have been denied the first time..

Im not the best in English but this is the conversation in short.. The first girl talks about what Alex is doing now (generation kill and true blood) Alex is talking about how he miss the sidewalks in Sweden where he can go to all his friends pretty fast.. Because where he is living now he needs to take the car to almost everything. And when he waved his hand he is saying fuck/shit theres many flys here.
