  • First of all that's a Volvo 740, not a 240...

Second- The numberplates and scenery are more Dutch than Egyptian..

    Third- Go VOLVO!

    Gustaf.

  • @filmpieskiekn You're right of this film was filmed in the Netherlands, But the film is Egyptian

  • AMG mutherfuckers!!!

  • I;m almost sure this was shot in Amsterdam, at the rowing area in the Amsterdam Forrest.

Not much as changed there since the 80's. Plates are definately dutch.

  • @MowgliX The Mercedes never changed into a Volvo. At 01:30 you see the Volvo passing the Mercedes and the guy in the brown coat getting into the Mercedes to follow the Volvo. The Volvo stops at the crash with behind it the Mercedes with the man in the brow coat who obviously needs to pass the Volvo to get to the guy in the Peugeot.

  • lovely 505

  • This vid sucks because they ruined MK1 Ford Sierra!

  • Jalla jalla!

  • Haha, I love the bit at 00:38 when you see the Merc enter from the left, then a cut, and the car changes miraculously into a Volvo! Then the wonderful mismatch when the guy in a brown coat passes by the Volvo - twice! :D

  • @MowgliX The scenery is Dutch, they speak Dutch and the cars have Dutch license plates. It was thus shot on the Netherlands (and we have lots of Arabic-like people in NL), and the Dutch don't overdub but subtitle. I don't see why this movie should be Arabic.

  • wow, the conclusion made from the crash test definitely says that volvo is the safer car

  • @Arnout1990 Yep, it seems to have been overdubbed with Dutch, but it was most likely Arabic originally. When was this shot? Early to mid 1980s?
