OK, figured it out. Looks like you have to use the exact same command prompt instance that you ran ipbxctl.exe from. I was under the impression that the command turned telnet access on permanently.

Did this from the server, but when I try to telnet, I get "Sorry, Telnet is not enabled from your address". How do I convince it otherwise?
