The undefeated Wisconsin Badgers fall to the Northwestern Wildcats in a 51-48 shootout at Ryan Field in Evanston. Brett Basanez completed 26 of 36 passes for 361 yards and 3 TDs and rushed for 69 yards with a rushing TD. Tyrell Sutton racked up 244 yards on 29 carries with 3 TDs on the ground and 1 receiving.
I love these shootouts in Evanston....especially when the 'Cats come out on top! Basanez and Sutton were a pleasure to watch.

Whatever happened to Tyrell Sutton? He was awesome his freshman year and hasn't done anything since.

Moreso than the win over the Hawkeyes? What a great year to be a senior at NU.

i've always enjoyed NU-WI. there have been some great games between the two schools. i think we consider WI and IA our biggest rivals.

Dude, Pat has done plenty for Sutton. Sutton was once again a 1,000 yard rusher in 2006. He is a good player whos talent is not getting wasted. The reason Sutton didn't play so much in 2007 was because of his injury that kept him out.
