Wow, impressive work there! :)
I'm curious, how did you determine how that light would reflect off of the katana? Did you just place it in the manner you felt it was "right" or did you actually use some kind of reference? I know you based this entire thing off of the original scan but the light reflection in that image wasn't the same as the one in your vector.
