Rescued ducks and geese first time in pond

A group of rescued ducks and geese are ushered to our new pond by Sanctuary One founder, Lloyd Matthew Haines, and caretaker Jerry. It's just plain cute. The ducks were brought to us from Farm Sanctuary, the two tufted geese from the Department of Fish and Wildlife. All of the birds love frolicking in the pristine pond, and we love providing them with the safety and love they deserve.

Sanctuary One at Double Oak Farm is the first care farm in Southern Oregon. Care farms are farms where people, animals, and the earth work together for mutual healing.
