Are you using velcro or is it just foam? If you're using velcro, to you use hull tape?

The super 700 series goes 50-55mph
And the boat from traxxas goes 50 mph

The UL1 only have good turn to right.. almost no left turn.
Than you need the traxxas spartan or the surge Crusher.
The Surge Crusher Super 700 pro i will bye this spring..
If you want the UL1 its a good bye.. fast and steady in high speed.. u could make a 180 right turn in top speed:)It would go faster with a steel and sharpend prop. and a bigger lipo.. did not trye that

hey im about to buy the u-l1 and im just wondering how fast it is out of the box and with lipos..?? one more question is this boat faster or slower then the miss elam 1/12 from pro boat??? please respond ASAP thanks..)

Hi there.. This boat goes 60 - 70 kmt out of the box with lipos.. But i would consider new boats from JOYSWAY SUPER 700 SERIES if you want the fastest thing out of the box.. These would do 90 kmt out of the box.. The elam i dont now how fast it is.. would guess something like the ul1.. But this summer i defently would bye the Sea Fire super 700 series from joysway.. :)
