Using a quart of heavy cream, a pinch of salt, and a mixer, you can make homemade butter. Why buy it ever again?
Total mixing time is about 9 minutes. Squeeze extra water out of the butter with a paper towel, or cheesecloth.
Freeze or store in fridge up to one week.
Tip: Process together 1TB basil, 1 tsp garlic and a pinch of salt or a yummy herb butter!
