im still debating to get a 30 foot sailboat..its old like a '68 LOL .. i wish i can get a 49 foot but all i can afford for now is something under $8000

captain joey or dustin whoever reads this, it was very interesting how you knew when it was gonna be a rough trip or not before you took off, even before you left for bimini from chub you said it would be about 6ft waves, if you were right then i find this type of skill very useful, i do hope to do what you did one day but on a smaller boat, some people told me that on the gulf strream it can look all calm and in like 5 minutes it can rise to like 15 ft waves, is this true? if so how do i avoid
