    People can start by not buying anything that contains real animal fur. When the people that run these farms realises that there's no money to be made, the operation will come to a halt.

    No point waiting for the Chinese government to bring in legislation and then enforce it. Where people can take action is at the consumer end. No one needs to wear fur.

    Some people want the real thing and won't settle for the fake stuff. As with our food, people find it easy to ignore stuff like this.

    The abuse goes on in China or some other far off country, but the shopper feels desensitised when they're paying for the end product.

    ooo... that is a bit of an extreme. But I do agree that this kind of abuse must stop. It's horrible to see such helpless animals get slaughtered like that. We must do something about these industries in china and give these animals justice.
