I think their should be a third term exception for presidents who meet certain qualifications such as Popularity among the American people. If we had that then Bill definitely would have at least gotten one more term. Idk how that would work exactly, but it would be pretty cool.

You know what I think is sad? That even though Bill Clinton eliminated a ton of debt, had a surplus in the budget, created a lot of social programs that have helped many single mothers such as Welfare to Work-and all idiots like you can think of to trash him on is the fact that he got a BJ in the oval office. WHO CARES?! And believe me, us Liberals WISH the worst thing Dubya did was cheat on his wife-then we there wouldn't be millions out of work and thousands dead from his lies about Iraq.
