this game lacks one thing : long slashing beams from capital ships like in Freespace 2 and serious missile warfare ( with ECM and point defense on capital ships ) .

No, i am created khaak and argon ships by means of cheat script and looked consequences=)

Is it a script? I never see that kind of engine trail in my game(x3R) even with everything maxed out.
