  • Lujack always prided himself as being the "greatist DJ" He must of saw Howard Stern moving in to his place & ran...Oh mistake Stern's in New York!

  • Larry made the transition from pretending to be an angry old guy to actually becoming one. What a bitter old bastard he became. No wonder the ratings went in the tank. It was like listening to your grandfather complain that nothing was as good as it used to be. See ya, Uncle Lar.

  • Great archive clip of Lujack!

  • Thanks for the clip! I was in downtown Chicago that day, and knowing that it was Larry's last day on the air, I went up to the station to see him. They had a window where you could watch the air personality. There were a few others gathered around, and he came out to say "hi" to all of us "vultures" (his words) when his show was over. A great jock. Loved his "Animal Stories" with Little Tommy! I think that some are on youtube. Funny stuff!
