True. So that would make it a matter of chance. Then I guess they will be at par becouse Lys has a pretty high crit ratio. But I still favor Lyn over Oswin because she can move around better during chapters.

Best characters are hector and dart

Hector is much better against the dragon. with max speed and armads in his hands he can strike the dragon twice in an attack with awesome damage. I think he IS better then Lyn. But lyn is definetely the second best character in the game.
