Oswalds time was matched by Howard Donahue back in 1965 when CBS News had HP White labs in Maryland recreate the shooting in Dealey Plaza. Donahue used a Carcano and was able to hit a moving target designed to replicate the president. Claims that it's impossible to fire three rounds from a Carcano in the alloted time defined by the Warren Commission are false.
