how big were they in this video :O? (inches) just wondering ... trying to compare there size to mines and the tank size to the one im getting
-
i prefer females instead of males because of the big claws.

@milesfr0mh0me Gravel can kill your turtles. It is small enough to be swallowed but too big to safely pass through their system. It can become impacted and cause serious harm and death. Get rid of your gravel ASAP.

I think the size is still OK (of course, bigger is always better). My question is - don't they eat these fish? And how do you know which one is male and which one is female? How to get to know?
-
love how the male is trying so hard to start the mating ritual
-
are they feeder fish?, i would like keep turltes an fish together is dat possible without the turtles eating them ?

Is the sand hard to clean? I am thinking about switching from gravel to sand and was just wondering. Thanks!
Male turtle: Come on baby. do me!
Female turtle: Get away from me!

i have like 497698579869 questions.
- would sand clog or ruin the filter.
- will the turtle eat underwater plants.
- i have a 33 gallon and i filled it pretty high. is that bad? what should i get for my turtle to bask on now.
how do i know if my redearredslider is a male or female?
- should i get an algae eater, fish, or another turtle so he isnt lonely.
- if so, is there enough room.

Unless you use under gravel filter, sand is ok.
Yes, the turtle will devour any plants. Mine are plastic.
Turtles are natural swimmers, filling your tank high is no problem but leave enough room for it to bask. You can either buy one of these floating islands or use rocks/drift woods that stand higher than your water line for the turtles to climb onto to bask.
Males typically have longer claws and bigger tale.
Don't get any fish--the turtle will eat it.
33 gallon is NOT enough for two turtles.
