The Second Coming of Christ is a fundamental belief among Christians. Even in the teachings of Islam, there is anticipation of Jesus' return for 40 years.
What do the Scriptures actually teach about this?
Who is coming?
Also, how close is the Hour of Judgment?

"Are they waiting until GOD Himself comes to them in dense clouds, together with the angels? When this happens, the whole matter will be terminated, and to GOD everything will be returned."
Surah 2:210
Holy Quran

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, says Jehovah God, the One Who is and Who was and Who is coming, The Almighty."
Revelation 1:8
Holy Bible

Peace to all of you,
Becca

  • The coming of Jesus and the appearance of the manifestation of God (ie Yahweh) are seperate events. The Quran says Jesus is a 'sign of the hour'....ie when he is amongst us we'll know the end is very close. When God manifests it'll be the final end of this reality.

  • @molvicorleone

    peace to you,

no, Jesus is the "sign of the hour" in that he was the Prophet who gave us the signs of what would be going on in the last days.

Jesus is not coming back, except on the day of resurrection just like everyone one else who has lived and died.

Surah 16:20,21 shows that those who are idolized, such as Jesus and Muhammad, are sleeping in death and have no idea when or how they will be resurrected.

for explanation see Part 58 called "Will Jesus or Muhammad Disown You?"

  • but you know whether hadiths are correct or not the more i read bible i begin to feel same way you describe in this video...i think jesus was reffering to his presence too not his physicall body.i might be wrong though only God knows

  • @TheBestEVER4LIFE

    peace friend,

i'm not saying everything in the Hadiths are lies...surely there is some truth there.

but the problem is...they are full of lies, and they slander Muhammad, and they are certainly not Scripture.

yes, the Mahdi and Dajjal are fabrications too.

i have a video posted about. it is Part 89

  • so basically hadiths can be lying about many things is that what you saying?? or you saying it just lies about jesus?? ..so the dajjal is a lie too right?? and the mahdi and the signs before the day of judgement written in the hadiths

  • ...and i do not believe he is the literal son of God.

anyone who has watched even a few of my videos knows that i believe both Jesus and Muhammad were human Prophets....and that both have been idolized, and the Christians and Muslims who continue to idolize either of the two will be disowned by them on the Day of Judgment, as explained in Part 58: "Will Jesus or Muhammad Disown You?"

  • @allush29

that is a complete false accusation.

i do not believe Jesus is God...where in the world did you get that idea.

also, i will not go on in endless debate with you.

  • @WhereIsTruth 016.019 And God doth know what ye conceal, and what ye reveal.

016.020 Those whom they invoke besides God create nothing and are themselves created.

016.021 (They are things) dead, lifeless: nor do they know when they will be raised up.

016.022 Your God is one God: as to those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts refuse to know, and they are arrogant.

ALLAH is proofing here that jusus is just a prophit as humen being not god as you you think he is.

  • @allush29

yes, note that God is speaking to Jesus and says that after the Day of Resurrection you all will return to me...":you all" would include Jesus since that is who He is speaking to.

Jesus is asleep in death...and has no idea how or when he will be resurrected.

    Surah 16:20,21

Jesus and Muhammad will disown those who idolized them on Judgment Day, and truthfully claim that they had no idea they were idolized.

    Please see Part 58 called:

"Will Jesus or Muhammad Disown You?"

  • @WhereIsTruth Dear Becca, This is the correct translatin 4 surah 3:55

003.055 Behold! God said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute.
