no, i would not watch and execution, i could never watch someone die. however, i do believe in the death penalty. a man from my town is on death row right now. My best friend from middle school was raped and murdered by this man, for no reason except he was fired from her moms business. and i think that he deserves what he gets. i have my own beliefs, the dude has to wear a bullet proof jacket when he has to go to a court hearing, or being moved from one place to another!

Sorry that you lost your friend. And he should be wearing a dam bullet proof vest for a matter of fact he should be in a bullet proof case! Because I'm sure the're plenty of people that want to kill him.

im very split on the idea. I think its a good idea to let a killer live and show mercy but it does cost $40'000/yr to house a prisoner for the rest of there life.

I watched Sadam Huseins execution and Timothy McVee's after the fact so I guess the answer is yes I would watch an execution.

Timothy McVee I knew was guilty. Sadam Husein was as guilty as George Bush Jr and Sr and a whole long list of others who walk freely. I believe that we shouldn't be protecting murderers from each other. Let them work it out behind razor wire while they grow their own food and generate their own power and make their own clothes.

I wouldnt watch an execution, but yes like most people, i do belive in the penaly... however, I don't belive that it is alright to take someone's life

I am pretty sure that, if I would watch an execution, I would have some deep scars on my soul and that I would never be able to forget this. I am also against the death penalty. The only good reason for the death penalty would be if could bring the victims back to life, since this is impossible, there is not a single good thing in the death penalty.

@ishaboobaby sorry for the loss of your friend but he shouldent be wearing anything bulletproof he should be shot as many times as possible and raped as well for what he did. not that i wish death on him but i believe that anyone who does that to a person should suffer the same death with the same circumstances in which he took the life of your friend. The death penalty is too murciful to people they need to make it more torcherous.

If it was somebody that killed a family member of mine I would watch the execution just to be assured that they were realy dead and couldnh't hurt us any more.
