@KOhitter I actually think VCI-300 is the best digital scratch controller ever made.
-
He didn't mention it works with Torq from M-Audio...

@DigitalDJTips yeah I had the vci 300, I just felt like i was too small to do accurate scratches. look at the platters on the new Reloop Terminal 4.. now there might be some platters to scratch with.

imo waaay to much,

Im gutted.. he said you cant mix the external line inputs through the mixer eq?? wtf?
and no PHONO preamp input.. thats a deal breaker for me. Gutted.. nice piece of kit otherwise :-(
If this had inputs and mixing operation like the S4, and standalone mixing ability (without pc) like a MC6000 or the A&H controller it might have made my day!

@djscratchdog It is a Midi controller so it can work with ALL Midi mappable software - indeed, that's one of its selling points.
do you have a mapping for me for traktor pro 2 ? cause i cant scratch and things..

@KasparStep Go to the Vestax website, they've got mappings over there.

Vestax is the company that pushed turntablism with their PDX 2000 & scatch mixers, why for god sake do they not make somthing with bigger platters for scratchers?

@thesystemite Persanally I think theirs are the best platters of any DJ controller for scratching, as they're fluid, have adjustable resistance and they've got weight. Size surprisingly doesn't seem to matter at all. Have you tried them?

@sqwerty123456789 We haven't reviewed the VMS 4.1 yet, but it's just arrived in the office so watch the website for our verdict on that.
