No, she doesn't crap them out, that's not an egg, she isn't going to have just one, and it isn't dead. She is a livebearer, meaning she births living fry, or baby fishes. When a livebearing fish is first born, they sink down to the bottom and sit there for a few minutes because they have to adjust to being out of their mother and into regular water. And, she is pushing them out from a tube, not her butt. And, fish normally lay 20-40 eggs/babies. Some eggs don't hatch, some babies get eaten.
