@inspironjay have to understand the Sega Rally game was scored against other XBL games, not against other retail games. It's not like they're both 8 games, competing against each other. Sega Rally is an 8 XBL game, as a retail game it might have gotten a 4-5.

You come onto a vid showing off the lighting in the game, and say you don't know how it didn't get a 10/10, of course it would seem like you wanted it to get the 10 based on lighting.
