zeecee1 you are correct. He was not in the senate to vote Obama at the time spoke out against the war asking Senators to vote against it. Thank you for correcting me.

Obama did NOT vote against going to war in Iraq, he wasn't even in the Senate at the time!

McCain has got botox done

90% in 2003
95% in 2007
100% in 2008.
Wheres the difference.

Alot of Democrats are making the mistake of bundling George Bush with all Republicans. They're not the same. McCain is not like Bush - look at their history! They're opponents. Rivals. Get it through your thick skulls already.
Given the situation of evidence and Iraq in 2003, I think you'd have to be incredibly stupid not to support war in Iraq.

It is true that Obama made a speech saying he did not support the Iraq war, but he did not vote against it. The fact is, that he was only a state senator, and therefore could not vote either for or against it.
From a surplus in 2000 to a $418 billion with a "B" deficit in 2008, from $1/gal gas to $4/gal gas, millions of cut jobs, millions of jobs sent overseas...this is what two terms of Republicans did. Do you want this to continue?
Dont let a "Senior Citizen" and a "Barbie Doll" in the White House. Dont let the Democrats call it the "Oral Office". Dont vote Republicans! Ever!

Lets be straight. John McCain is third in line in when it came to making a correct decision with the Iraq war. The first person is Obama by voting against going into Iraq. The second is Gen. Eric K. Shinseki who was pushed aside by the Bush admin. when he told how many troops it would take to be effective in Iraq and third is McCain with the troop surg.
