@Cubekiller04 windows 7 is better but look at the date of this video . Windows 7 was not out yet . Sucks because i bought windows vista ultimate also a month before windows 7 for 300 bucks .

lol why is that? I can ask people that are experienced about overclocking, and find out how to do it, and do it the same way, and make sure I do it properly. I do a lot of research before I do things.
I'm not a moron, I've been using computers for as long as I can remember, I've just never considering doing overclocking.

People who know nothing about overclocking should not be trying to overclock into the 4ghz range anyway.
