All the people with slick comments really just prove they have so much time to waste, therefore rendering them a waste of good air. I found this video really helpful, because I'm now playing soccer again after almost 10 years and I see that my touch on the ball is absolutely horrendous; nothing like it was before. This is a really good training exercise to better your touch when moving with the ball. Thanks for the video.
