  • not good man. no wonder why youve been feeling so bad. you eat dead food. feed yourself live food and live happy. i know people who believe the same things you do but they're actually happy

  • You're so hungry and craving sweets because you're starving your body of the carbs that it needs. Every single cell in the human body runs on simple sugars = Carbs. Best source? Fresh, ripe, raw, organic fruits and vegetables. :)

  • University of California study published in July of 2011 found that: Men who consumed 2.5 or more eggs per week had an 81% increased risk of lethal prostate cancer compared to men who consumed less than 0.5 eggs per week.

  • I load up on carrots because their good for the skin and eyes. The kale looks good.

  • For me:

    - 4 eggs but only 1 yolk

    - lean meats only (white turkey, pork tenderloin)

    - For deserts I would use less whip cream but add some dried fruit and nuts to it.

  • Looks good, I do it a little different but that's OK,in the end what is important is that you are in tune with your body and you listen to it.

  • and about NO meat

  • it's not about low carb it's about organic food

  • @sheephater300 ,it may look unhealthy to you but its a good start for George! I agree he needs to cut the meat by at least 75 % but like i said its a good start!
