Great arrangement, and they sing it so well.
It doesn't quite have the same "oomph" that the original arrangement had, but I think when you take something down from SATB to all male, its bound to lose some punch.
Really beautiful though.

OMG, I remember when I saw Aida - an amazing play. The choir does a great job in this song.

I feel very blessed to have Jess as my GMCLA big brother. ROCK ON!!!

soloist is INCREDIBLE.
-
and can I just say that soloist delivered the performance with more passion than I've ever seen any woman do it?

Normally I prefer women's voices thrown into the mix, but this arrangement and performance is so beautiful I don't even care. <3

WOW! Each one I listen to wows me even more. Pursue what you love, and what you love rewards you! These guys love music, dance and art. How can they lose? They win every time I see them!!!!! And I win watching them! They are wonderful!
Wonderful! Was this arrangement made especially for you guys or did you find a TTBB transposed version?
So moving! Can't wait to see you guys in Miami this July!

The arrangement is a knockout, isn't it? What's shown here is a segment of a longer medley, all created by Steven Milloy, the Arranger-in-Residence at the Cincinnati Men's Chorus, the former accompanist for the Indianapolis Men's Chorus.

This is great! I'm actually curious on how an all-female group would sound. You deserve a standing ovation, you sing it guys!

This number opened the second act of GMCLA's Elton John concert and earned a standing ovation at EVERY performance! Soloist Jesse Martin was genuinely moved each time.
