@lewcy1 What would you do? Have an appointed President like Germany or Italy or India? Why? The Queen's second grandson visits the Caribbean and people go nuts...I wonder what would happen if the second grandson of the appointed President of Germany/Italy visited Jamaica or the Bahamas...probably nothing. Which is not bad in itself, I just wish we'd fade into obscurity too, who cares what happens in Syria, I don't, and the UK people don't either. We should become much less visible in the world.

@ElRancholo2 Good grief man, what did the House of Windsor ever do to you? The Queen has been accepted by Lords & Commons alike, & annointed, consecrated and sanctified by the Church. The College of Heralds declared her the undoubted legitimate succesor to King George VI. If you don't approve of monarchy, don't live in a KINGDOM. Find yourself a republic, dictatorship, or theocracy. Good luck. BTW, I share your disappointment with Prince Charles, however he will be King nevertheless.
