This is a warm salad using quinoa, a Bolivian grain, fresh sardines and chorizo. Ingredients are easily sourced, and its a very easy dish to prepare - delicious as a main course of starter. This salad is topped with guacamole - this video is also available in the South American Cuisine video series.
This was delicious, we were very lucky to be in the studio when George made this. He even whipped up a dessert, "Pudin" afterwards. mmmmmm
