HI, Well their CD CALIFORNIA TSUGARU SHAMISEN is available at CD baby. I can`t really imagine that it is difficult to locate these guys online. Just do a search for Kevin kmetz, God of Shamisen, Masahiro Nitta, Monsters of Shamisen or Mike Penny or Kyle Abbot.
God of Shamisen has a CD available too as does Masahiro Nitta. Most of these guys are on major labels like Sony etc. I know Kevin has been released on EMI music Japan, you could try there.

The people of Santa Cruz probably had no idea that one of world`s top Shamisen artists was just hanging out on their steets playing away for anyone who had the will to listen. Masahiro has been voted the BEST Shamisen player in Japan for 3 years in a row, has released multiple CDS on a major labels and has been in the lead role of 2 major motion pictures in Japan (about Shamisen) as well as having done countless concert tours.

Check the info for the Shamisen players in here: Masahiro, Kevin, Kyle, and Grant. They were great to see live! I can say that I was recording this and Mike Penny was not present at this spontaneous performance.
