Ahh yes. When I was in Ecuador, I noticed lot's of people drove them. All in very good condition.

Is that a Mexican Beetle or German? I ask because they stopped selling them in the States in 1978.

My uncle in Ecuador has one, always loved riding in it with him hehe, sadly now, the floors are rusted so we cant all go in anymore :(

except.....this one still has the pea-shooter exhaust, and dual cut-outs in the apron for them. Mexican Beetles have the catalytic converter, and single-tip exhaust, and different apron!
