The Powerscourt Tapes is named after the location of where we did the bulk of the recording, on the grounds of Powerscourt House, one of Ireland's grandest estates with amazing gardens and Ireland's highest waterfall. And sure who doesn't love a good waterfall!

I've always loved reading about the background on my favourite recordings and used to love reading the liner notes and credits before MP3's came along and they all but disappeared. So I've asked Mr. Webmaster Paul to make a page whereby I can create my own virtual record liner notes with every possible detail on The Powerscourt Tapes.
