What does the 80 year cover up of this case — forensic evidence of Beiliss guilt was plentiful — indicate about the true nature of the Soviet regime? This is a good video! I have one correction, however. You referred to a particular man as a "consulate." That is incorrect English. The diplomat is called a "consul." A "consulate" is the diplomatic building in which his office is located. If this building is the head representative office of a country...located in a foreign CAPITAL city, then it is called an "embassy." So, there is an Israeli embassy in D.C., but its satellite offices, e.g., in New York, are called "consulates."
