  • What about the use of Xifaxan, no hearing loss, etc. I'm a SIBO patient that has fructose malabsorption and hemochromatosis. I like Xifaxan ( Rifaximin.) Oh , I heard you mention it later in the video. Thank you for your video.

  • @Rhys96 I think a very advanced cirrhotic liver can be shrunken, but initially hepatomegaly can be a sign of cirrhosis. The main sign is a very firm liver due to fibrosis

  • Great video - but as a learning point hepatomegaly is generally not a feature of cirrhosis (which is more associated with a small shrunken liver than an enlarged liver).

    Please correct me if I am wrong.
